    Managing a Team

    My approach to team management is very one-on-one with a focus on the individual.  I really enjoy getting to know my team, their strengths and talents. Discovering how they are motivated and what drives them to work in their own brilliance is key to how I manage. Based on this, I can do the following in team management for your business:

    Managing Operations

    Operation management is really something I enjoy.  Providing assurance that your business processes are not only effective, but also efficient is my ultimate goal! 

    • Review the key systems needed to run a business, including customer service, billing, communication, back-ups, marketing, follow-up and delivery.
    • Creation of processes, tools and players for the key systems within the business.
    • Implementation of automated business tools & software to manage various systems.
    • Creation and maintenance of your Standard Operating & Procedures (SOP) Guide
    • Management of all client payments and collections processes
    • Management of systems access and login information
    • Ensuring there is an effective backup system in place for all information (including the business owners computer!)
    • Establish decision making guidelines for team members

        Tracking Metrics

        Keeping track of the numbers! Sales, revenue, leads, promotions, expenses.  This is the exciting part of your business – watching it GROW!


        • Keeping track of key statistics for the business on a weekly & monthly basis
        • Setting up a reporting system that includes what to track
        • Analyzing metrics and discussing trends/patterns with the business owner

            • Review revenue streams on a regular basis to look for outdated information or opportunities to refresh/re-launch

                Managing your Launches 

                An effective launch is critical – I am here every step of the way to ensure that a successful launch is achieved meticulously managing the details for you!


                • Setup a launch plan based on strategy from you, the business owner
                • Ensuring that key players are in place for each stage of the launch
                • Establishing a clear promotional schedule for each phase of the launch
                • Working with a copywriter for launch materials (if needed)
                • Work with affiliate partners (If needed)
                • Managing the creation of the sales page
                • Keeping everyone on task through the launch and staying on top of any “dropped balls”
                • Supporting you, the business owner as needed throughout the launch
                • Be “on call” and available the day of the launch to take care of any urgencies/changes

                    • Work with business owners to establish details for their affiliate program

                    • Setting up a resource page for affiliates
                    • Coordination of promotional materials for various promotions
                    • Keeping in touch with affiliates to advise of upcoming promotions
                    • Follow-up with affiliates as needed to support their promotions
